Cohost of the Desert is a locally rooted vacation rental management company serving the Greater Palm Springs area, from Palm Springs and Cathedral City to La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Bermuda Dunes, and Thousand Palms.
We care for a curated collection of homes across the Coachella Valley, each chosen for its design, comfort, and sense of place. Mid-Century Modern, Spanish, and Boho influences run throughout the portfolio, with private pools, spas, mountain views, and quiet outdoor spaces built for slowing down.
What sets us apart is simple: we actually live here. Our team brings a hands-on, hospitality-first approach to every stay and every property we manage. Jimmy Repp, CEO & Founder
Jimmy built Cohost of the Desert from the ground up, combining his passion for hospitality with deep roots in the California desert. A Superhost since 2016 and a former Airbnb employee of eight years, he brings more than a decade of short-term rental experience to every home he manages.
Today, Jimmy personally oversees operations across 17 listings in the Coachella Valley, with 14 earning Guest Favorite status. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, has helped 18 new hosts welcome their first guests, and believes great co-hosting starts with genuine care for every guest and every property.
