The condo is located on Isleta Ct which is the best street in the Desert Princess community. It’s a private dead end street away from the busy roads and close to community amenities. Guests are approximately one block from the newly renovated gym, spa, tennis centre, pickleball courts, full size driving range, and renovated clubhouse.

Guests get a discount (with 30+ day stays) at the award winning golf course. (Rated among the best Public courses in the valley by golf digest). Tennis, pickle ball and golf clinics available.

Desert Princess country club and resort is a gated community built around a 27 hole Championship PGA golf course. The Resort boasts 34 community pools and is Ideally located just 10 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.

Guest have full access with the exception of one supply closet

We'll take your lead but typically are hands off. If need we are able to come onsite to assist.

No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this condo!
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

  • Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
  • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
  • The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR property shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR property at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Primary guest will be required to show photo ID at check in.
    -Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
  • Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be included in your booking - 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID). Does not apply to long-term bookings of 30 days or more.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

  • Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is promptly by 10AM. If interested in early/ late check out, please message your host to ask about availability. If confirmed available, early arrival/ late departure are a fee of $75 each.

PETS: Allowed with a fee of $100 per pet up to 2 max.

This condo is located in a gated community so guest will have to provide full name of any adults 18 years or older at least 24 hours prior to be added to the front gate.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! There are lots of pools and other amenities in the development. It’s relatively convenient as it’s close to I-10 and in between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert. Not walkable to anything so you definitely need a car.

We are so glad we picked this condo for our first time visiting Palm Springs. It was a perfect home base for easy access to trails, food, downtown and all the sights! Waking up to coffee on the patio and seeing the beautiful mountains and blue skies was the best! Gated community felt safe and peaceful, and the gatekeepers were always so friendly too. Jimmy was a great host with excellent communication… super fast at response time! Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us!
