This is 4BD, 2BA home is ready for your group!
Your group will enjoy the open layout of a spacious living room w/ gas fireplace and large Smart TV above. Also available is a dedicated desk with a monitor, this space is perfect for those needing to WFH.
Our dining room table has seating for 8 and a bar cart nearby to mix cocktails/mocktails for your group. There is additional kitchen bar seating with 3 stools and a round mid century tulip breakfast table that seats 4. All seating overlooks the beautiful backyard pool.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare meals.
Lastly, Head out back to the spacious and private backyard where you'll find your sparkling pool and hot tub. There are lounge chairs and two seperate seating areas with outdoor couches and fire pit(propane)or the outdoor table with string lighting that seats 8.
Our gas BBQ is located on the side of the house.
Our garage fits 2 vehicles and up to 4 in the driveway.
This is a great home whether you're hosting a family outing, bachelorette party, or just a get-together with some close friends.
Full home access with exception to one owners closet
Our Co-Host Jimmy will be your POC and can be available if any questions come up
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. With in walking distance is grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park , which has a great playground for kids and pets.

-We welcome pets at our home for an additional $85 fee. Up to 2 pets max. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning required due to pet fur and dander, ensuring a comfortable space for all guests.

We found Samantha’s house to be exactly as described. It was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked and the linens/towels were plentiful. It was a very comfortable house for a family of seven. Conveniently located to the great restaurants downtown and across the street is a grocery store and Starbucks which was ideal. The pool was a delight and the pool area was great for lounging and having dinner outside. Jimmy was the absolute best. He was so nice and so quick to respond to all my texts and we felt he truly cared about everything being to our liking. I would highly recommend this Airbnb as you won’t be disappointed.
Great hosts - super responsive about pool heat etc. The layout of this house is great for a group. Lots of dining space — dining table, kitchen table, counter and outdoor table. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. We traveled with a baby and were happy to finds a high chair. Brought our own pack n play but turned out they had one, we didn’t use it but it’s there which is nice. The house is located walkable to an Albertsons which is nice for groceries etc. Quick drive downtown. There is some wear and tear around the house — specifically the bathrooms and outdoor space. It’s not bad, but for the money paid there were small touch ups that we expect for a house at this price point. Still a nice stay!
How was in a great location. Close to airport and town. Proper is very spacious. Very well decorated.
